Our wine cellar

The Castle of Grumello winery has a production capacity of about one hundred thousand bottles a year. The wines, all of which are made from the winery’s own grapes and produced under the consultancy of the oenologist Paolo Zadra, mature in the Castle cellar where under age old vaulted ceilings modern stainlesssteel fermentation systems stand side-by-side traditional presses and barrels made of prestigious woods.
