Marly limestone soils facing south/south-west, altitude between 200 and 300 m a.s.l.. Plant density of 5,000 vines per hectare, espalier training system with Guyot pruning, 2Kg yield per plant, manual harvesting in boxes.
Soft pressing of whole grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation (16-18°C) in stainless steel tanks, bâtonnage for 4 months, bottling, resting in glass for 1-3 months.
